Bradd is an advanced student of the Biology degree at the University of Costa Rica. His main interests are the ecology of eusocial insects, microbial ecology, bioinformatics and biostatistics. He participates as a research assistant in projects of biological control of zompopa ants and amphibian microbiology.
He is also investigating interactions between mirmecófilos and arrieras ants. A planned future carries out his master's thesis in understanding the importance of symbiotic relationships between bacteria and eusocial insects.
